The Contractor, who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate on the basis of appropriate documents that the machines, devices and technologies offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. The burden of proving that to the assumptions specified by the Ordering Party rests with the person submitting the offer.
